Added files for Accelerated Reader lists by author, title, and book level. Linked to these files from the Accelerated Reader page and from the menus. Changed "ACH" on the menus to "Electronic Transfer." Fixed the Contribute Via Electronic Transfer page so that it displays correctly in Internet Explorer 6, and added this page to the Church menu. It had previously been in the "I want to..." menu. |
