Gethsemane Extended Care

Times & Cost

Extended child care is available from 7:00-to the beginning of the school day and 3:00-5:30 at the rate of $2.75 per half hour. Students must be enrolled in the program and payment punch cards are available from the school office. Drop-in spots are available to unregistered Gethsemane students for double the regular rate if spaces are available on a particular day. Kindergarten through 8th grade Gethsemane School students are offered free care and study space between 8:00-8:35.

Breakfast is served to students arriving between 7:00-8:00, and a snack is provided in the after school program. Kindergarten through 8th grade Gethsemane School students are offered free care and study space between 8:00-8:35.

Lunch Bunch Buddies

This extended care program is offered to our Kindergartners on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 11:30-3:15. Kindergarten students register for one or both days for the school year.

Regular lunch options (hot school lunch or bag lunch) begin the afternoon following Kindergarten dismissal. Lunch Bunch Buddies provides the opportunity for additional enrichment time as well as time for a quiet break for listening or reading books or watching a short video. Large muscle time in the gym or outside offers the children a time to continue their play with friends. An afternoon snack is provided.

Monthly tuition for Lunch Bunch Buddies is added to the monthly school tuition at the rate of $55 per month for each day registered. (1 day per week—Tuesday or Thursday/$55 added to monthly tuition; both Tuesday and Thursday/$110 per month added to tuition).
