Pay Your Monthly Tuition Automatically through ACH

If you have chosen to pay your tuition in monthly installments, are you aware that you can save time and postage by making your monthly payments automatically through an ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfer? Doing so gives you 20 extra days to pay and also eliminates the possibility of accruing any $25 late payment fees. Note that tuition payments are due on the first of each month, but we do allow a 10-day grace period before assessing the $25 late fee.

Here’s How it Works

You fill out a form authorizing your regularly scheduled tuition payment to be deducted from the account of your choice.  Then, just sit back and relax.  Your payments will be made automatically on the 20th of each month, August through May.  (Payments will be deducted the following business day if the 10th or 20th fall on a weekend or holiday.)  Proof of payment will appear on your bank statement as well as on the monthly statement of account from the school (unless you chose not to receive tuition statements).  The authority you give to charge tuition to your account will remain in effect until the end of the current school year or until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization.  It is a dependable, flexible, convenient and easy way to make your monthly tuition payment.

How to Sign Up

Just print out the ACH Direct Payment Form for 2010-11 Tuition, fill out the required information, and return it to the Gethsemane accounting office along with a voided check (for checking account payments) or savings deposit slip (for savings account payments).

Other Details

Remember that even if you have made your payments automatically in the past, you still need to complete a new authorization form each year.

If you supplement your tuition payments by working a concession booth at the Xcel Energy™ Center or at the Metrodome, we can help you monitor your earnings so that automatic payments are canceled when your account has accumulated a sufficient credit.
